Tool
Personal muhurat finder
Windows that meet the classical criteria for an activity, filtered by your janma nakshatra and janma rashi. Pick an activity and a month.
The personal muhurat finder is not open yet. The public muhurat pages list the windows that meet the classical criteria without the personal filter.
Questions
What does this tool do?
It takes the public muhurat tables (nakshatra, tithi, weekday, month, Rahu kaal) for an activity and keeps only the windows that also satisfy tara bala from your janma nakshatra and chandra bala from your janma rashi. It is a date list for planning, not a lagna-level muhurat.
What are tara bala and chandra bala?
Tara bala counts from your birth nakshatra to the day's nakshatra and folds the count into nine taras; classical texts treat Sampat, Kshema, Sadhaka, Mitra and Parama Mitra as favourable. Chandra bala is the position of the transiting Moon's sign counted from your janma rashi; the 4th, 8th and 12th are avoided.
Does a listed window guarantee anything?
No. The list shows which windows meet the classical criteria. It is not a prediction, not advice and not a promise about how an event will go.
